Webpage Editor Toolbar Functions
When in your editor holding your mouse over each icon
(small picture or symbol) will give you a tip to it's function.
Cut Copy Paste Cut Copy and Paste work as they do in any word processor. Highlight text or select object to cut or copy. Paste where you place the cursor on your page.

Create Table: Insert and define the appearance, number of rows and columns. See "Help" for more on tables.

Insert Image You will be able to upload your picture or select a picture you've previously uploaded. You may also enter the URL to a picture if you want to use a picture on another site.
The "Text" will be the popup text when users place their mouse over your picture. This is optional.

Insert Link Type your text or select a picture on your page and click on
Insert Link. You may type in the URL for the link or select a page on your site automatically by clicking on the page link in the popup.

Marquee Click this icon and the click on the placeholder created on your page. Marquee text will scroll across your page like this.


Bold
     Italic
          Underline (use sparingly, often confused as a link)


Align Left
Align Center
Align Right


Justify Not compatible with all browsers. Seldom used.


Font Larger Font Smaller

Numbered List (Ordered)

Outdent Bring indents back to the left.
Indent
moves a line or paragraph to the right similar to "Tab" in word processers.


Highlight
Highlight areas of text. Select your text then click this icon to choose color.

Color Used to change the color of your text . Select text on your page and click this icon to choose and change color.
