NUTRITIONIST - Holistic Health Counselor

As a Holistic Health Counselor, I help my clients to make the connection between how our diet and lifestyle affects our overall health and happiness. I work with clients one on one and in small groups to help empower my clients so that they each know what is best to eat for them and what physical activities they enjoy. I work in person and also do phone work with clients all over the country and the world. I offer one hour free health consultations to explore your health and goals and to see if we are a good fit. I also hold small support groups for people living with fibromyalgia, chronic fatique, chemical sensitivites. These are safe groups to share our feelings and to move forward with our lives.
